In a medium bowl mix the following:
1 3/4 cups Bob’s Gluten Free Flour
1 teaspoon [...]

You are going to have to try this recipe to believe how moist and tart and tangy and tantalizing the taste is. And this bread is so festive and can be made into 2 regular size loaves or 6 mini loaves – either size suitable for gift giving at Christmas time. Use Bob’s Gluten Free [...]

Tara on Nov 4th 2012
Sometimes a recipe is just too delicious to believe it could be easy to make. Apple Pie Biscuits is one of those recipes, made with frozen biscuits and canned apple pie filling. I’m thinking these will be perfect to serve for breakfast during Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday. Here’s how:
12 frozen buttermilk biscuits (not canned)
1 can [...]

Pumpkin, spice, and maple glaze. YUM! And nobody would ever guess these are GLUTEN FREE! Go ahead and make them with plain flour if you must but there is no compromise on flavor when made with gluten free baking mix. The batter took about 5 minutes to whip up and I baked these little gems [...]

Tara on Feb 13th 2012
Has anyone been watching Pioneer Woman’s cooking show? I am enjoying the show very much. A couple weeks back, she made some strawberry bars. I knew I wanted to try to create a gluten free version since we have a couple people under this roof who have given up wheat. These bars were fabulous and [...]

Meatless Monday – Grandmother’s Squash Puppies
Tara on Sep 12th 2011
I just love my Grandmother. She recently celebrated her 93rd birthday and assured me that she has lived a LONG time. Although she has slowed down a bit in recent years, her mind is as sharp as a tack. And her sharp mind is complimented by her quick wit. She makes me laugh out loud.
I [...]
$$ Frugal Friday – Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
Tara on Aug 25th 2011
I debated wheather to let this post stand alone as a regular, or include it as a Frugal Friday post. Now I know you can drop by Little Ceaser’s on Friday evening and pick up a cheap premade pizza. And there are times when we all have to do so. However, the males around here [...]
